I LOVE Jump Women Shoes. I usually wear a size 9 in sneakers, but sized up to a 9.5, and they fit perfectly. With these, when in doubt, size up! The velcro lets you adjust the size somewhat if they're too large. What you see is what you get with these, and they're very weird, funky shoes, with their tan strap and large rubber wedge heel, but for me they're perfect. I love the look of Jump Women Shoes and ballet flats, but flat shoes just don't do it for me. These have the cute look of those flats, but a comfortable heel. I never thought about what a shoe would look like if someone took a sneaker, a ballet flat, and a wedge heel and mixed them, but I guess these are it!
